We had a single pane of glass get cracked in a front window and needed it repaired. I called three places and had trouble reaching anyone live. I called Rhino and Nick was out the next morning to give an estimate. He ordered the glass and when it came in early he called and squeezed me in to his Friday afternoon. Definitely saving Rhino Glass in my contacts list.
