I called Rob in a panic after I spilled water infused with walnut husks on our rather old wool rug from Pakistan. It was after hours but he worked on the rug immediately and, despite the fact that walnut husks contain a dye which can be permanent, was able to completely remove any trace of a stain. The rug looks as good as new. I've worked with Rob for years and was always happy with his work but this time, he far surpassed my expectations.
