Quoted at one shop in town for a tire balance about 11.00 a tire plus labour. The guy was busy so said go to another place I go to Kal Tire end up paying 120.00 for 30min of work. Good service and work definitely not for anyone on a budget. Definitely recommend creston break and muffler

Booked an appointments for tire Swap and an oil change a week in advance ..:: was 5 minutes late, and waited almost another 15 while a phone customer was tended to and the person ahead of me. Then I was told because I was late the tech did a service call instead .... they figured I was a no-show! Hmmm perhaps a simple phone call? 5 minutes? I would have been sitting waiting regardless while they were on the phone ...Give me a break .... of course that service call made you more money? Hope it made you more then the new set of truck tires and rims that I needed today! Obviously I won’t be a future customer nor recommend to anyone. Thanks for wasting my week and 1 hour of travel time!
Always happy to check your tires but very hard to get in for service as they are sooo busy. Had some not so convincing advice here a few times when comparing to other mechanic's opinions, but employees do change over the years.
Good place to go to for tires. Would have given 5 stars but every single person I've delt with at their service counters seems very grumpy and acts like they'd rather be anywhere else then there helping you.
Still love Kal Tire's customer service, and appreciate the discount they offered. Definitely getting tires here!
