This store is amazing! I ended up with some orphaned kittens due to an unfortunate accident that left the momma cat dead. I called the store to see if they had any kitten milk replacer in stock, which thankfully they did, not only was it convenient for me to pay over the phone but they also delivered it to my husband so he could bring it home with him at the end of the day Thank you for saving the babies!
Fantastic service. I had to drive from Kimberley to get my dog food. As the local supplier closed and left me in a terrible predicament. KPS had even offered to deliver with a minimum requirement. Now that is going above and beyond. Thank you for such great service.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection. They have not only high quality foods and will order anything in for you, they also have so many gift options for pet lovers, health care items and lots of natural products too. And they are not pushy salespeople which is much appreciated.
