We had a birthday party with over 20 people. The buffet was the worst. The pizza was dry and pasta was crusty hard. The ranch dressing was out and the breadsticks were old. The chicken was not fresh and when we asked for fresh they said the chicken out on buffet needed eaten first. All food was unsatisfactory. The entire time the staff did not come to the room to pick up dishes etc. We asked for forks and they said they didn’t have any clean. I wonder why!! Had to wait for 45 minutes for pizza ordered and then staff told me to serve myself. Staff needs to clean their uniforms. The restaurant was very busy not to include our group to not have fresh food. The worst Pizza Ranch we have ever been to. The best part of spending over 300 was the enjoyment with family and playing games with kids. All though one of the games the kids lost several quarters in. I recommend better management!!

Round 'em up and head 'em out to Pizza Ranch in Creston! This chain wears the Old West theme like a Stetson on a ranch hand....juuust right. Bring your appetite for vittles that come fresh off the chuck wagon. Salad bar, Pizza bar, and fried chicken plus soft serve ice cream. Plenty of room here and a game room to boot!
The pizza was sitting out and was dry, watched them bring out a new batch of chicken and went up to get some and all 3 pieces were cold. Told them the chicken was cold and they took my plate saying they were going to bring me some fresh and watched 20 mins and never got any fresh and they never took the cold outta the warmer. The mash potatoes, gravy, and corn was pretty good is all I have to say good about it.
My son is in love with this place! When he's naughty, we tell him it caught fire and the only way to rebuild it is to behave.
