I had a toro self propelled mower that I’d had for four years that could not propel itself without grinding the teeth off the gears. I bought four sets of gears from another dealer, a set for each year, and put on only to have them grind on the first yard mowing. I was not a happy person and no one could seem to fix it. I thought they were the wrong parts and I kept getting told they were giving me the correct parts. It was costing me close to 100 just for the parts! I got to know the owner of this store outside of this store and I told him how disappointed in Toro I was. He told me to bring it down and they’d look at it. I did and one week later and 113 I had a new mower in the old paint! No more plastic gears! It needed metal gears and now it works just like a new one! Highly recommend these guys! Fast repairs and very reasonable!
