Professional, hard-working, respectful, punctual and always cheerful; it was a pleasure to work with Anthony and the guys. We chose this business to build a large covered deck for us. We are very happy with the finished project! The quality of the materials and the excellent workmanship of his crews is impressive. I hired Z-KO Construction to work on my place up Kootenay lake, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. They got the job done fast with top notch workmanship. Before hiring them I had interviewed and obtained quotes from two other builders, Z-KO came in at a higher price. I chose to go with Z-KO because when I asked Jeff how he'd tackle the project (As I had asked the other two builders), it was clear to me he knew his stuff and I wouldn't have to worry about the job being done right. My wife and I recently bought property in Crawford Bay overlooking the lake and will be hiring Z-KO to build our dream home next!

My wife and I are looking to build our retirement home on Kootenay Lake (lake front property) just outside of Boswell. Zko came highly recommended from a number of people when we asked around who could build our home. We haven’t had our home built yet, I just feel the need to give a review based on my experience with Zko the past several months. We have been dealing with Jeff for just over 6 months. He has been very patient with us paying attention to the detail and specifics of what we want. Our house has a very intricate design and we didn’t just want any builder to take on our project. He showed us pictures of other projects he has worked on and we checked his references and we feel confident we want him to build our home. I will do an updated review with pictures when our home Is complete.
