Bought a trailer and paid cash for it. Bank didn't want to the the cash from them because it had writing about my brother who was killed in a motorcycle accident. Instead of calling me and saying there was a problem and asking me to return the trailer and bring them money that didn't have writing on it, I get a voicemail threatening they're going to call the cops if I don't bring the trailer back to them today. I get a call from the Okaloosa County Sheriff Department, and when I call them back I find out that there was no issue with the money it was perfectly legal tender. What's I gave them the money the trailer was mine the bank not accepting it was an issue between them and their Bank. They kind of apologized, but not really. I needed my trailer and everywhere else was out of stock. Its a nice trailer. I'll see how it does.

Absolutely don't buy a trailer from them. The sales manager will want nothing to do with you after sale. Front desk lady very nice. I actually feel sorry for her for having to cover for her douche boss. There where a couple other reviews complaining about him and I wish I heeded them. The trailer was under warranty and he wouldn't take 5 minutes to look at it. I was told they only have a part time fabricator and gave me recommendations of where I could take my 2 month old trailer to fix their defects. Too many to list but I'll give you an idea of what you're getting into: axle mounted too close to frame and makes contact when hitting a bump even when well under rated weight; axle/wheels not centered under the fenders; the whole frame has surface rust that is just covered up with paint; nose jack will not enable you to lower tailgate while hooked up; subpar manufacturing...several scratches in aluminum where workers missed with a drill, rivet gun or other tool; black permanent marker everywhere for their reference; aluminum roof sags and holds water. Sadly, I'll be taking it to a qualified fabricator to get the axle raised, centered and see if it's even a 3,500 lb axle because it doesn't perform like one.

Awesome as always. They always have the parts you need, and are the go to place for any of your trailer needs.
