I'm new to the area and wanted to file my taxes here, needless to say that I have never encountered such poor quality customer service. The first two time I was there they couldn't figure out how to file my taxes for me, the person filing for me seemed really nervous and at first they completely messed up my file then the fourth time I had to come back because they couldn't figure it out, they were charging me 150 to file WITH a discount. They charge an extra 50 on top of that as a guarantee that they will be held liable and represent you. The lady did not look like she wanted to help me out at all. Most of these positive reviews are because they ask you to leave a positive review as they are offering a discount. Take your business elsewhere.

Gilbert was amazing.super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him. The only negative I have it is very expensive to get your taxes done here. Even with a 75 off it was 459. They do a great job just be prepared to have a good chunk of money coming out of your tax return to pay for them to do it. I’m from MN and to get our taxes done professionally is significantly cheaper.

IMO, Miss Shirley is THE best tax preparer ever. Few preparers have the same level of experience and training all while keeping up with ever-changing tax laws. I usually wait until the last minute to get my taxes done. Not anymore. Miss Shirley is professional, trustworthy and makes the process easy.
