The attending doctor was amazing the nursing staff on the other hand is in need of major bedside manor adjustment. No patient should be treated as a show and if you wanna take a look at someone's injuries maybe you should ask and not just bust in a room especially when you are not working on said patient and just using the said in burst as way to make someone whom wants stay to themselves feel like you are goking at them. Its rude as hell.

I had to bring my son with special needs to the ER this week and the nurses, Karen and Russell, and Dr. Porter were so wonderful with him. The visit was so quick, less than 2 hours, and Karen went above and beyond to make it a positive experience for my son. So appreciative of everyone.

Great place ...for a 5000.00 band-aid. My fiance went for a nose swab they broke it balmed her now sending her to baptis hospital pensecola to get the swab surgical removed. Al after waiting 3 and 1/2 hours. Yall got to do better seriously.

I went in think I have sinus inf.. nurse at desk ask me if I had a cough I said yes gave me a mask and informed she would not come within 100 miles of the place unless she was dying so I left. Guess can't get any service there hopefully i am not dying. Just wanted some antibiotics.

Although they do not have a pristine facility, they have certainly exceeded my expectation. Every single person I encountered throughout my daughter's visit was phenomenal. They have outperformed every emergency room I've been in, which includes military facilities. If you are a skeptical military family I would suggest you give them a try.

I came in last week and this ER room is disgusting. I asked for a warm rag up wipe the blood off my dads hands since we had been there for 25 mins and nobody thought to clean them. ALMOST AN HOUR LATER STILL NO WARM RAG OR HELP TO CLEAN HIS WOUNDS. I had to find the rag myself in a supply buggy that was places in the hall just like all the other medical supplys. 2 and a half hours later the x rays are done and then we finally got some soapy warm water and bandages. We left with him unable to walk and they offered no help to get him into the car or out of it at arrivel. This is by far the worst hospital I've ever been to and do not plan on returning. It's sad that as a new resident of crestveiw I can't even enjoy the what's suppose to be convenient in town medical help I know have to drive out of town to be treated with respect..
