Mr.shipero was excellent. He was kind. understanding. And very helpful. He worked with insurance company. The job was perfect. In fact. It was about 5 years ago and my gutters and roof with stood this winter and the ice. I’m trying to send a picture. My ice was around the house. Hanging on the gutters. As I drive around and see other’s gutters falling, I’m thankful for M&M and the work on my home. Thank You very much for an excellent job.

What a fantastic job M&M did. Thanks to the Insights and professional approach to my Installation of a door and large window, a very difficult job on a 1869 home was achieved. Both Steve Madison and his skilled assistant, Carlos installed new materials while keeping the integrity of a gem from the 1800's. I have to commend M&M Home Remodeling for their customer support and careful assistance in solving home repair needs. All of the extra steps taken to maintain the total appearance of my home was outstanding. Thanks for making this job, on a very cold day, warm the heart of this customer. We needed a new front door on our home. It had the original door from when the house was built in the 1940's. My husband contacted numerous companies and since the door was not a standard size, no one wanted to take on the job. When he contacted M&M, they were more than willing to help from the very beginning. Someone came out and took measurements and we had the door custom ordered. The installation was flawless. The new door looks amazing. We are very happy we used M&M for our new door and would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using M&M for future work on our house as well!

I’ve worked with a few roofing companies over the years and M&M is bar far my best experience! My latest home purchase, 2 years ago, is a mid century modern with a flat roof. Boy, the issues! I’ve had work done twice and still leaks. Had 5 roofing companies out since and Mike... one of the Ms.... was the only one who took the time to actually show and discuss the exact issues with me in a way that made me understand it was time to replace it completely. Not only that but the flat roof now actually has a pitch so water can not longer sit up there. Best thing is it not only did not affect the aesthetic of the flat look, but improved it! On top of that, they used the latest TPO material which reflects the sun, not absorbs it like that old black rubber did (a REAL problem inside in the Summer!). The crew was awesome and the attention to detail (and I’m extremely picky) from design to install to spic & span cleanup was second to none! Absolute excellent experience!! These guys work all over the Chicagoland and NW Indiana so I will recommend them to all my friends and family from Lake Zurich IL to Miller Beach IN and use them for all my houses and rental properties.

M&M was great company to work with. The roof repair estimation was straight forward and honest. They gave me insight into to proper repair methods and pointed out areas that were overlooked by other companies. These points were later verified by my insurance company. The repair costs were reasonable and the work was done to my satisfaction with no interruption to my schedule. I'll definitely be using them for any future repairs.
