I've purchased from this shop a few times over the past 4 years. My most recent experience was pretty terrible. The item I purchased was correct and of great quality, but the communication and interactions I had were less than customer-centered. I placed the order and got an email saying I would get an email when the order was ready. Four weeks went by and I didn't get an email so I called and I emailed. When I called she said she had my order and had tried emailing me. I found the email in my spam and saw that it said \Our store is open Monday through Friday from 9am until 5 pm.\ So I went a few days later at 4:45pm only to find a locked door and a sign that said their summer hours were 9am until 4pm. I gave feedback to the owner and while she did apologize, she did not update the email information. She also said she did not get phone numbers of the customers when orders are placed. This sounds like an easy field to add to the ordering process. I stopped by just this week just after 9am and was greeted with a smile UNTIL I said I didn't have a positive experience. She quickly grabbed my order, had me sign for it, and confirmed their hours changed. She said they had lost employees and I encouraged her to update the email response. I had expected a warm apology in person and for my feedback to be appreciated, but that didn't happen. Go here for good products, just don't expect courteous interactions.

Wow, their t-shirts are the best quality I have found in ages! I have acquired many t-shirts from many sources over the years, and none have come close. The fit is very generous, the fabric is strong yet soft (doesn't stretch even when pulling hard on it), the color has great saturation (beautiful), and the screen printing is of the highest caliber. This is my new favorite t-shirt. Nice work SSC!

First time I got my hats done it was resonably priced, but the stitch was a bit messed up so I still gave them the benefit of the doubt coming back. Upon coming back(I brought 20 hats and my thread instead of just 6 hats this time) I'm getting charged twice the price per hat. Awful.

The staff members at Strawberry Stitch were professional and personable. They kept us informed on the progress of the printing and did a great job. I would definitely work with them again.
