The guys were cool and the prices were reasonable, but this is definitely a get what you paid for situation. There are chips in our new flooring caused by installation, the flooring planks are already beginning to separate, they didn't run the flooring under the shoe molding (which is super obvious), and they cut up all our door jambs to install the transition strips (some of which are now floating a few inches). I can't recommend their services and even though the guys were cool to work with, good attitude only goes so far. Edit: It's been about four months since the flooring was installed and it's already beginning to fail. Company owner is currently not acknowledging the failure. Today my four year old approached me with a carpet razor, it had rode up from under the carpet. They left razors under the carpet in a child's room... This isn't a company I could EVER recommend.

Crew installed new flooring in every room of my house after a water leak. They left scratches in my floors, ran their saw inside and threw debris onto freshly painted walls and smoked inside my house. A year later, I replaced 3 floors due to their failure to treat the subfloor properly before laying the new flooring. This past week, a plumber found a new problem due to their work in a bathroom. After installing the tile, they reset the toilet. Due to using the wrong screws and faulty installation, I’ve had a slow leak causing mold in the bathroom subfloor, and into my garage and pantry below the bathroom.
Matt did a beautiful job tiling my shower. He is cheerful, even when something has to be redone- there are always little things that need to be tweaked in the process.
I am very pleased with the tile installed in my service department, great guys! I would recommend
