Excellent service on such a cold morning, despite a cut hand the mechanic carried out the bulb replacements in an amazingly cheerful manner, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant!

Coming out of a store on Friday I had a flat battery. Halfords was around 200yds away. I went and asked if anyone could help me. Nice young lady came out with a heavy duty charger and got me going...and whats more didn't charge me. It restored my faith in human nature.

We went in to look at a child's bike and the staff member was very happy to help out by recommending which would be suitable and showing it on the floor. We asked for some items that were extras to be put on the bike when we went to pick it up. When we returned on a date that we set( rather than the store stating a day) the bike was ready and waiting. All extras on and looking good! The staff in store are friendly and very helpful and would recommend this Halfords store anytime.
