I cannot speak highly enough of this surgery. I have been with them all my life. (50yrs) Always got appointments without long waits. At present I'm seeing the new Dr Charlotte Webb she is an outstanding Dr and has and is still helping me through a very difficult time I can honestly say I may not be here today if it wasn't for her care, compassionate and understanding nature, She is just an outstanding GP and I can't thank her enough for her care over the last 5 months

I have been with this surgery since we moved to Haslington in the 1990's and have always had a good service. Some of the receptionists over the years have been a bit like mini Hitlers in their attitude but the current ones are ok.It is a very busy practice and now Dr. King has retired, there is one less GP.

Every time I have cause to visit Haslington Surgery I promise myself I will change doctors! I have never come across a ruder set of people in all my dealings with the NHS. The attitude of the receptionists is appalling as is the attitude of Dr's Hilll and Entwistle.
