Dealt professionally and with thoughtful understanding of a difficult situation. Carole Davies went out of her way to help when we needed additional support for items for an elderly relative. Much appreciated . Karen Farrell needs a mention too for sanctioning the agreement.
Use to be the center and heart of Crewe and had been for many years, sadly closed now but is now open on Grand Junction Retail Park. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
M&s are too good for the town centre now and I've had no need to go to the retail park.
New store situated on Crewe retail park. Large store. Escalator up to 1st floor where men's clothes and café and toilets are. The only problem with the store is that now it is a large store, compared to the old Marks and Spencers that was in the town centre, the lovely homely feel has now gone. There does not seem to be the same personal service that there used to be. The staff seem really rushed off their feet and have no time left to give the personal service they could in the old store. This is a shame because it made the store special.
