These guys are amazing and customer service second to none. Dropped in today as my phone wouldn’t charge, managed to get it sorted within 15 mins. Absolutely fantastic throughout, would not go any where else.

Wow. What service. I called earlier today and was able to drop phone off within the hour and was fixed in two. Covid safe as shop is actually closed. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend.
Excellent customer service, smashed my screen on my iPhone 8 which also had a terrible battery life, spoke to these guys on the phone and they were very helpful, dropped the phone into their shop at 12pm and new screen and battery fitted by 3:30pm. Very happy with the service and will be using them to replace the battery in my wife’s iPhone as well. Great to have such a good local business.
I have had occasion to use these people twice in the last week. As a now well-retired ex computer design engineer (started in the 1960s!!!), I have had to simple problems - 1) I needed a simple USB adapter to connect a micro-cabled keyboard into my HP Windows Tablet (too old-fashioned to like Android!!) - couldn't find the part I wanted on Ebay and they provided one within a couple of days - For 2.00!!!! Now I know what it looks like, I found it on Ebay - but not at that price - anything up to a fiver, plus postage!!!! - 2) A few days later, my wife destroyed her Acer Android, so we bought an Argos refurbished one. Great for the first hour or so and then went into an overnight frenzy, being unable to download \Google Play\ (whatever that is!!). Almost in tears, my wife asked for help - I suggested these people, so we phoned, were told to pass it in the door, due to lockdown, and were hardly home when the message came through to come back. It was the Cache full!! (\of course!!\) - the bill - 0.00. Best guys in the business - would not dream of trying anywhere else. Thanks, team!!
