First class service. Kind and compassionate receptionists who go above and beyond to help with real professionalism. Doctors and medical staff first class. Very highly recommended. Never had to wait for an appointment and always been treated with dignity and respect.

Never had an issue with level of care and support here. My only issue is phoning in. 8.11, in need of an urgent appointment and the phones still have the 'closed' automated message (tried 25 times). If your opening hours are from 8am, surely the phone should be monitored from that time? EDIT: The call went through at 0815...

Have many many years of experience with this practice, first for very elderly parents and now for myself. All in all, absolutely first class. I treat them all with respect and they return it. Phone issues solved as they have a new system. Occasional grumpy reception, but then who does not have a bad day and there are plenty of people not behaving as they should. Really feel lucky to have this in a small community. Very caring for my parents as they ended their lives - nothing was ever too much trouble.

They have been very supportive to mum also. Thank you as this has made a huge difference when trying to co ordinate services.
