Sadly my experience of Crewe Jaguar is very poor indeed. The appalling reliability of my Jaguar F-type aside I have had to go back time and time again for fault after fault to be repaired. Never once has anyone called me voluntarily to update me on the progress of work - even when on one occasion they had my car for nearly 3 weeks to resolve injector failures (on a 6 year old car). It's always fallen to me to chase them for an update. I have now been told that they will not replace a failed battery, fitted by them less than 12 months ago, under the terms of their warranty. I was proud to buy a British built car when I could easily have gone for a German alternative, but my experience of both Jaguar reliability, and the utter lack of care from their dealers means I will never buy another Jaguar again.

A day of excitement. Hubby, his dad Ron and myself took the hour journey to collect this handsome baby. Hubbies pride ad joy for the moment. The sales staff were accommodating and we helped ourselves taking selfies to our hearts content. A once in a life experience for me.
Superb service as always from Swansway Jaguar in Crewe. Kept up to date with progress and the expected return of my vehicle. Staff cannot do enough to help. Highly recommended

Recently my Jaguar XF has had to have some work completed and has been called in twice to Swansway to have the work done. The whole experience in dealing with Swansway was due to the terrific service that I received from Lynne Miles. During the two visits Lynne kept me completely up to date with the progress of the work on my car and is a credit to her company. In this day and age I find that there is a tendency for people to easily complain but seldom does anyone receive for a job well done. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Lynne for her exemplary service and sheer professionalism which has led me to believe that when considering the purchase of my next car then Swansway should be the top of my list.
