This place is horrible customer service is not good at all at the gate and the stay having malfunctions at the gate where people can't get in or out even their own residence. They want you to put your license in there gate for it to get stuck. I personally had someone else license because they license got stuck and had to return it. If I wasn't a honest person who know what someone would have done with that person license i won't recommend this place at all and if you can sale sale and sale fast.
DR Horton is the worst. Please stay away from this company and the representatives at the Cricket club. I was in the process of buying a home, they took a 3000 deposit in seconds from my account. I ended up not being able to purchase the home. When i asked for my deposit, i was advised that several departments need to cancel my transaction in order to get my deposit back. It has been 2 months now and i recently called and everyone wants to wash their hands about the status of my refund. The supervisor and representative went from saying 2 months to now 3 months. Currently, I am going to end up homeless with my family on the streets as i need my deposit to put a down payment on a new place and it seems as though i am never getting it back. SHAME ON YOU D.R. HORTON!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BUY A HOME FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE SUPER NICE WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE GATES BUT PUT A KNIFE IN YOUR BACK AND LEAVE YOU BEHIND WHEN THEY REALIZE THAT IT WILL NOT BENEFIT THEIR COMPANY! IF I DON'T GET MY REFUND BACK THIS WEEK, I AM GOING TO EXTEND MY REVIEW TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA OUT THERE SO THE PUBLIC CAN SEE WHO YOU GUYS REALLY ARE!!!!! SHAME ON YOU D.R. HORTON!!!!
I like where I live some of the neighbors are nosey and not friendly but hey that's anywhere you buy overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. Although they need to build an iron gate so that access to the community isn't so simple or think about hiring a security guard to roam the community
