Horrible customer service. I've been dealing with these people for almost 6 months and I've spoke to my claim specialist 1 time. I call weekly. Its like being victimized all over again. I had to reach out to the mayor and governor along with the attorney general office just to get that one return call from my claim specialist. Nothing has been done or addressed so this morning I went public
