Criminal Court and Control Oralidad

This is a combination of a Courthouse with an attached prison which predominantly holds pretrial inmates for the State of Jalisco and felony offenders for the city of Puerto Vallarta and neighboring communities. It's rather a dreary place, but l imagine most prisons probably are. Surprisingly the outside is very well kept. Windows clean, very little trash. A bus stop is located directly in front on the administration entrance. I ended up here by getting on the wrong bus, not getting busted. But like they used to say in the Clinton White House, \Never let a crisis go to waste\ so l took out my camera and asked a few questions as staff were leaving work for the day.
