Although extremely knowledgeable at their craft, I was feel like the service I received was not worth any where near the amount I had to pay. Throughout my case I sent about 7-10 emails and never received a response to one. (I send that many emails because it was the easiest mode of communication since I was stationed Overseas and there was a time difference) I had to constantly call and at times would be promised a call back and did not receive anything in return. If it was this difficult to receive communication or engagement with your lawyer and you are constantly trying to get a hold of him then what’s the point of paying for one. Furthermore, during my ART 15 rebuttal the lawyers at crisp and associates were extremely late sending emails to the references I had sent them (3 days before the rebuttal was due) and I felt that my packet could have been stronger if not for this mishap. Also, the packet that was built was lackluster. I was promised that they would write a packet for me in order to Argue for leniency and did receive that. Furthermore, I was told that they would look into policy for my incident in order to build a better defense and I never got any substance in return. Overall, I am not happy with the communication nor attention to detail I should have received for my case. If you are facing an ART 15 or a GOMAR I recommend doing hard research as to what a rebuttal packet consists of and build it your self.

Just want to say thank you to Crisp and Associates Military Law and also to Adam Grabill for working on short notice to put together evidence proving I was not guilty seeing I was facing a field grade article 15 for a HPCON Bravo violation while stationed in Korea. Thankful for Adam I was able to get all charges dismissed and proven not guilty. One of my charges was consider a felony so I’m very appreciative for the hard work and dedication that was provided. Crisp and Associates is top notch. I had an incredibly slim chance of staying in the military (5-10 percent per my commander). I had nothing to lose, and did not expect a lot when I retained Kathryn to be my attorney.
