If I could rate this place a NO STAR, I would. Very unprofessional, no customer service and rude. I’ve given this place a second try, to see if it worked out, but it was worse. It’s 1 man, cleaning, washing, attending uhaul orders and the store. This is not a 1 man place, and management needs to hire. The worst part is the man that washes the car, smokes a cigarette, goes back to drying, smokes another cigarette, cleans the inside, smokes another cigarette, by the time my car was finished, it didn’t even smell like a clean car. I don’t need to tell you what it smelled like. In between all the washing, the man spent more than 30 min doing “other” things. My car wash took more than an hour! Avoid this place.
Unprofessional and rude! I called the day before to make an appointment. I gave my name and we agreed upon a time. When I arrived my name was not written down and the employee rudely questioned me about it. He then proceeded to let me know the employee who would be doing the cleaning was not there yet, but I could leave the car. He also proceeded to tell me they would be charging me more money than the Groupon I already paid for due to the amount of dog hair in the car. I agreed because yes there was a lot of hair but I needed it done. They instructed me to return in an hour. Upon returning an hour and a half later I was informed by the clearly inebriated other employee that he refused to clean the car because there was too much dog hair! Both members of staff were verbally aggressive throughout my dealings with them.
Unprofessional...did not get what I need after being told the person that do it works specific days. Management shouting at staff staff shouting at management. Customer left unsatisfied
