As a new client to the practice I was interested to see if they were as good as I had been told. They have handled the whole Covid problem well and efficiently - I was able to speak face to face with the vet and show her on my dog where the problem lay - she was good with the dog - confident and calming - made a a good diagnosis and dispensed the necessary meds with useful advice. As someone who has worked in vet practices for 30 years I know what to look for and came away very pleased.
Good vets with a range of appointment times to suit most people. Staff are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for over 20 years and have always felt heard and supported.
