I bought a used 2018 Ford from them in 2019 and the paint peeled off the front bumper. A reputable body man inspected it and said they painted over a scratch or defect by simply masking off the damage in the lot and spraying with a can to cover it. 500 to fix it right. I'm sure others do this but it is unethical. Steer clear from their used cars.

Great Experience! I was looking to work with an honest sales department that would tell me what I could buy a new car for and I found it at Cronic. Unfortunately other dealers I talked with played a shell game of promises and would say anything to get me into dealership only to add fees and costs and pressure me into a deal.
