Every encounter I have ever had with Cropac has been an extreamly positive one! Steve from the service department is practically a mechanical magician when it comes to diagnosing and repairing my crane which reduces downtime. Infact when I had an issue Steve organized a crew to work on a holiday to put my equipment back in service! Dan from sales always takes good care of you as well for any new or used equipment purchases. Great family company. Will definetly be a customer for years to come!
