My wife, 2 kids and I are all registered with Crosby House for approx 3 years now. I've recently moved out of the area but felt the need to leave this review. As a family, we are pretty pleased with this practise. The Receptionists are friendly, t\u0010he vast majority of the GPs have been superb bar a couple. If anyone has moved to the area and are looking for a good practise that is consistent in their level of care and service, I would highly recommend Crosby House.

place is very congested, too prone to catch COVID if you enter the building to be one of 5 patients allowed. 11500 patients roll in this surgery is too many to handle by them !! greedy yet not providing sufficient facilities. Frontline staff are not trained well to handle customer facing roles. this lot is moaning about the work load and show their frustration with their patients. NO GOOD TO RUN A SURGERY IN ENGLAND THIS WAY.

They are definitely not the best doctors surgery out there, but they are also not the worst. There isn't much parking about as it's a really small place which is understandable. I've been going here for a very long time and wait times have been fairly on point. Glad the phone system changed as it used to be ridiculous trying to grab an appointment.

The worst surgery i have ever been to. they cancelled my daughter immunisation appt twice on the day half an hour before the appt. i cant believe they only have one nurse for hundreds of people.. the women at the front desk doing just drinking all the time.. at one time they didnt even book me in and i was just sitting there with my 2 year old child for over half hour.. if i could i would not even given a star... i wrote a letter to NHS head office to give training to the staff.. One more thing which will make you laugh is that the Gp has to use Google to find out exactly whats wrong with us... its just terrible these doctor surgerys nowadays...

always when Im call to book appoitment in the morning the woman said they r busy. I want to book appoitment for today cuz on the internet they have info they r open on sunday but when Im call noone answer the phone.
