On December 15, our very old furnace decided to completely breakdown. The house started to get cold very fast. We called Cross and they had a technician to our house within an hour. He confirmed the unit needed to be replaced. Since it was late in the day there wasn't much that could be done that night so on the way home from work the technician went out of his way to drop off 3 space heaters to keep us warm for the night. The next morning, we had a Cross Rep show up and give us our options for a new Furnace and AC unit. That afternoon a crew showed up and started to remove the old furnace. At 2:30pm the power went out in the whole area and the two techs continued to work in the dark to remove the furnace. Our brand new furnace and AC unit was installed the very next day. From the time of breakdown to the new unit being installed was less than 48 hours. They were very kind, courteous and respectful not to mention they left all the workspaces spotless. Thank you for turning a horrible and cold situation into an enjoyable experience.

Our gas-fired boiler from 1975 finally had to be replaced. I had been told for years that a new boiler would be much more efficient and would save money on heating costs, but since that meant spending over 10, 000, I waited until the old boiler quit for good and I was forced to make the purchase. Everybody I have dealt with at Cross has been very courteous and timely, from the admin staff to quoting the job, the tech guys who installed the boiler and the service technician who was very nice to deal with. The boiler itself has been amazing; I have saved a ton of money on my new heating costs compared to my old bills - I should have done it way sooner! My old heating bills were over 300/mth in the high demand cold season, and now, it's come down to about 150-175. The old boiler used to spit and squeak and burp really loud water googling sounds all the through its heating up and cooling down, but the new boiler is quiet and smooth. I would definitely recommend Cross Heating for boiler and heating service; everyone there was very pleasant, skilled and professional.

Cross did a furnace filter replacement and installed our second gas fireplace. Great work both times and on time. Friendly technicians, great people all around. Addition, our AC quite working and I called Cross - here in 2 days (peak season) and fixed. Clint did a great job! Thorough, friendly, professional and an all round good experience. Clint is very representative of Cross's professional staff.

We had our central air, furnace and hot water tank all break down at once. Talk about a huge & overwhelming unplanned situation. Shelley helped us schedule Clint to come out and look at everything right away. We have a lot of animals and Clint has severe allergies but he's always so kind to our animals (and of course us). Brad came to our home after hours so that my husband could be home to hear our options. Even though it was after hours we never felt pushed or rushed into any decision and he helped supply us with options that made sense for our home. He answered all of our questions with compassion and patience. The two installers who came and spent their day replacing everything were so respectful and kind. Shelley scheduling it all & taking on getting rid of our water heater rental took so must pressure of of us. Brad explaining it all made our big decisions so much easier. We will forever be grateful for their amazing customer service skills and professionalism.

Great Customer Service, Professional Work My request for a quote from Cross was booked promptly. The quote itself was impressively thorough and provided many options which were clearly explained and laid out. My advice to all: this is important, I know from experience! Booking was a snap. My changeover included some ducting changes etc. which were done right and look great. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and the entire installation looks very professional. Quite simply, Cross provided the contract experience I wish I could always have!
