Everyone I’ve spoken to at Cross Timbers Architects is always friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They were great to work with throughout the design process and really seemed to listen. They even continued to help with any questions during construction. I’m very happy with the end product and would work with them again in the future.

Architects don’t listen, they care only about their fee and will sue you if you don’t like the design they build even if it isn’t what you ar looking for. They quote you one price then sneak in a bunch of change orders and end up over priced. I feel sad they couldn’t just listen. Shannon pierce was who I tried to work with. Now I have paid them 22k and have to hire another archetict to finish the project. Do not prepay anything! Once they have your money, they will never finish and will keep billing you. What a failure and waste.
