I personally give them five stars. They were used to do the flooring in our new construction. I feel like both Steve and Amy were helpful. I didn’t love, okay I hated the way one bathroom turned out and Amy worked with me to correct the issue. I will say, it was NOT an installation issue. I’m in love with how my stairs turned out! I really like the LVT we picked out as well. The carpet has some voodoo magic to it. My husband dropped an entire jar of salsa on the carpet and it came out! Both husband and carpet remained in good condition.
