I've been here for about 2 years and I still absolutely love it! The coaches are great at correcting your form and technique so it's kind of like you get your own personal training (but as a group). The best part is how everyone acts like your personal cheerleader. Doing wall balls? Pull ups? New max lift? Someone is cheering for you.

I dropped in from out of town today and had a great experience at this very well-equipped box. The coaches Mike, Ryan and Lou, and the regular members, were all very welcoming. Highly recommend Crossfit Grand Strand.
