I have started crossfit about a year ago and the coaches Sebi and Marius are doing an amazing job. Professional and personal they are coaching on a super high level. Never was I afraid that they would let me do exercises which hurt because I have bad technique! Just step by and have a look. Everyone is super welcome. I have found a new family with all of the other gym/ box members.
