Fantastic gym with history! Went here for the CrossFit Level-2 course and had a great weekend of learning from the best. Aimee the owner is one of the most knowledgeable athletic coaches I have ever met. Articulate, extremely good athlete, very friendly and personable and encourages you to be your best. If I were to live in the area this is the gym I would go to hands down! Every type of equipment you can imagine for a wide variety of functional movement workouts. 5 Stars all the way!
