Dropped in but was made to feel welcome the minute I opened the door. Programming was spicy yet scaleable and the coaching by Caleb was solid. He welcomed me to class and then treated me like any other athlete. Perfect!!

I’m dropping in for a week from SoCal. As a former lint time CrossFit affiliate owner I know what it means to have a good thing going. CrossFit Lynchburg knows what they’re doing. Consistently great coaching and programming is what’s on tap. Jared, Aaron, Tanner and Caleb all were solid! Good stuff. Thanks y’all.
Dropped in on the fly and had a great workout! Stephanie was a fantastic coach, the members were warm and welcoming, and one of the owners Jarrod was there to welcome me at the door. Great community!
Jerrod and Amanda are great people who run a great CrossFit affiliate. They also have hired excellent coaches who are always willing to help you whereever you are starting. We are lucky to have such a well run and programmed gym in Lynchburg.
Great trainers, very approachable and beginner friendly. They walk you through each exercise and manage your level while keeping things demanding. This place and people are amazing and help make keeping exercise promises easy.
