The wonderful owners and staff go above and beyond, to assist and help in every way possible, including checking the water from my tropical fish, and turtle tank! They sell the best and healthiest fish around..Myself and family have been going here for many years, and i wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my fish and accessories. I can't thank them and praise them enough!

They have a large variety of fresh water and marine fish and friendly knowledgeable staff. Its definitely worth visit. Wheelchair and pram access may be a little difficult but not impossible. One of the best aquarium stores on the coast.
I only buy my fish from this aquarium. The fish are always healthy, well looked after and in a great condition. Prices aren't too expensive and the range of fish is quite diverse. The also sell equipment or decorations that are safe to go into your fish tank. Staff are lovely and welcoming and love to give you tips on how to care for your fish. Great place.
Best aquarium in Newcastle. Very knowledgeable staff with lots of personal experience in aquarium keeping. Ask to look out back at display tanks...very nice.
I've been coming here for 15 years. Never had a problem. Huge variety of fish. I go to all different fish shops and these guys always have the most stock

Never had a negative experience here. They always seem to take great care with the livestock they are selling, and the staff know their stuff.
