We just moved to the area and got a mailer from Crossroads and I'm really glad that we did! Our cat does not like the car or going to the vet, but as soon as we walked in the door, we were given a private room for him to calm down in. Jaime was fantastic with him and gave him so much love and care! By the end of the appointment, I think he would have rather stayed than went home. Do yourself a favor and visit Crossroads. We'll definitely be back next year!

The staff at Crossroads are always super sweet to our dog Zeppelin. He loves going there and they take great care of him! We know that when we need to board him that he’ll be well taken care of. And they are always there to help if you need to get your pet in to see the veterinarian. Highly recommend!!

We use them for vet care, grooming and boarding. The staff is very nice and take great care of Daisy (miniature dachshund) and Nala (lab mix). Nice clean place and I love the fact that they have sprinkle system. Loving this place very much.

Our first time visit with Daphne. Daphne had to be sedated to examine because she is very anxious, and has an unknown background as a rescue. They were professional and knowledgeable. The explained everything well and the whole staff is awesome. The facility is immaculate, and we are very happy we found Crossroads. Highly recommend!

My pups and I were new to the area and desperate to find a groomer. After leaving our previous groomer after 10 years, we struggled finding anyone who would take the time to get to know my 10 yr old LhasaBichon and work with him so he would not be anxious. I had three groomers in six months one even suggesting after one grooming to put him to sleep every time he was groomed for an extra 70 and a ten yr old!! I just wanted someone to try a little harder. I found Bonnie at Crossroads and I spoke with her and she asked us to come a few days before our appt so Hudson could get to know her and see that I was going to come back for him. For the first visit, she suggested bringing some chicken or fave treat and I did. I was very anxious as was he when I dropped him off. She was kind and gentle and eased my worries at drop off and she put him in the same kennel with his sister. I picked him up and not only did he look great, she said he did so well. He was a little bit of a pain with his face but not any worse than most dogs. She is def the dog whisperer. The facility is clean, professional and obviously animal lovers. The second visit was a lot easier. I have found my groomer and hope she never leaves the area!! I highly recommend. Thank you!!!!
