Office staff is very poorly trained and do not possess the people skills necessary to schedule appointments or converse with prospective patients. I would have had to drive all the way down from International Falls and that would have cost a lot of money plus lodging only to find out that they unwilling to do the surgery because their staff did not properly convey the fact that I had to have one done at another facility instead of theirs. They let me know this on the Friday before my scheduled surgery on Monday. Piss poor. Proper prior planning prevents piss-poor performance I think you folks should take a close look at that one. No excuse for what happened today at all. This means another at least another month with shredded hamstring. And I can tell you it does not feel good. It would almost be funny if I didn't hurt so bad, but the guy who commented below me also mention scheduling conflicts so maybe people should take a good look at what's going on there.

Crosstown surgery center has wonderful staff! My surgery went so smooth because everyone was so polite, respectable and extremely professional. Surgery is scary enough but they really helped put me at ease. Special shout out to Dr. Laura Koch, a very skilled surgeon.

Had a scheduling conflict but they instantly took care of me. They had a relatable staff from my personal experience. Overall a good experience for me going in for Achilles tendon surgery.

Best experience it could have been. Sincerely appreciated nurses and anesthesiologist's honesty about the pain after the surgery! WOW, what a wake up call, but they we're all right there afterwards to make things better. Dr. Larson and his P.A. Kevin we're extremely patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Just had an amazing experience here! Great staff, in and out, amazing surgeon, awesome anesthesiologist. Shout to Dr. Christopher Larson for doing an amazing job on our son's hip! Highly recommend!
