Had a bit of an incident with my van where I destroyed the driver's side front wheel and suspension both front and back. Also, there were many cracked and bent parts underneath. These guys were super helpful and understanding since I was stranded there for a week. The delay was in getting the parts from the dealer. Once they got the parts, these guys were diligent beyond belief. I expected to get the van on a Wednesday, but they had it ready the Saturday prior. No wonder they are so ripped! Thanks a million, folks!

They get you in, work with you, and get you out quickly. Prices aren't too crazy, but I just use them for tires. I do most of my own maintenance, but I highly recommend them for tires at the very least.

I've been going to firestone locations and been getting my tires here for quite a while. This location is the first time I've been here. And this location is top notch. When the location i had scheduled my appt had cancelled on me (covid 19 reasons) had to close, i called this location very last minute which was as soon as i found out. They didnt have the same tire as my other 3 but gave me a quote on how much it would be. And they squeezed me in! if i could give them 6 stars i would! thank you all for getting me back on the road!

Okay what can I say... been here multiple times always the same story. Let's convince the customer to do more. I came in for oil change they tried to tell me my wiper blades were bad ( just replaced then 3 weeks ago) , my air filter was extremely dirty (replaced 3 days ago). 16 months ago they told me my tires were bad with less then 4\\32 tread they actually had 7 and I replaced those just earlier today. To the unsavy customer they will get you everytime so buyer beware . But as I was a mechanic for over 30 years they can't pull the wool over my eyes. Why did I come here? Because it was raining and I have been hurt and was unable to do it myself. Not again.
