I started with Crown Affordable in December of 2018, and have loved using them for my car insurance from the start. Vicki the owner is always open to answering any questions I have. The best part about it, is she goes through multiple different insurance agencies to get you the lowest price on your car, home, rental, or business insurance. When I was involved in an accident Vicki worked very hard to get the process to move faster with progressive. I would recommend Crown Affordable insurance to anyone!

The owner is helpful in a pinch. I lost my insurance card the day I had to register my vehicle. She stops anything and everything she is doing and text messages it to me. She is personal and has the lowest quotes (unreal really). She navigates everything to get the best deal and she won’t stop until she finds it. During renewal she does the job to lower it then just tells you! Easy as pie!! Never experienced this. Love her.
