They provide great service, the only issue is with accessibility via road. There's no proper road to connect. Management and all other service centers in the area need to talk to the authority because you CANNOT reach their location. Would prefer any other service center until they have proper road connectivity

Pursuing for my Colour Code Sticker for my Honda Amaze Petrol I am trying to contact the person authorised by Dealer Crown Honda, for an update but couldn't get any despite a week's time. It is highly disappointing to note that proper service and attention is given to the customer while purchasing the car but very poor service when we face any issue after that.

Very bad experience, no commitment, no systems, zero responsibility of individuals, everyone passed the buck but none looked at own faults Committed four hours but took over seven hours as if customer time has no value GM Service Mr Naseem says, "now sir you have spend 7 hours, what can I do for you; please give suggestion No concept of customer delight Lounge area was infested with mosquitoes Customers allowed without mask I do NOT see any work flow system in place. Car wash was poor see picture Floor mats were not placed properly, Left the service token in car see picture No wonder it has rating below four but I do wonder how the seniors who are at helm of affairs can afford to see such poor rating and still attitude is "who cares" I said to GM sales (Mr Prashant perhaps) I am your customer, you sold me the car and I am not happy with service support. His body language was, I already sold car and my job is done Equally responsible is the team of Honda Cars India who allow such experience to customers If option was there I would have rated (-)5

It’s a sort of busy place. Due to construction work, it is difficult to reach there. One has to remember the right route to reach. Staff there is helpful. Services are satisfactory.

Pathetic Service now days, before lockdown it wss one of the good service center but seems change in staff had made the mindset change of this service station. Increased service cost (agree it's Honda's decision) but charging without providing the proper service. In my case AC services has been charged with periodic maintenance but it resultant reduced efficiency of AC, not sure if they did any service or just charged. Car wasn't clean properly, images has been sent to their customer relationship Team but no response. Better one should go to local service provider or another service center.

Good Honda service center. I always feel comfortable going there. My other experience with other Honda service center is not that good.
