I went in today to drop off some paperwork for a family member. I went in with nobody waiting and was told I had to take a number. WHAT? I took my number and sat down. 10 SECONDS later someone behind the desk got up and called my number. Rather childish. I told her I just wanted to leave these papers but was told to wait for a confirmation to print out. A different employee went to the back room with my papers. 2 other people came in to apparently drop off paperwork also, got there confirmation paper and left. The girl that started with me took care of one of these people. After they left, I asked what am I having to wait for and was told, \She is printing your cover sheet in the back\ A minute later, I was handed my papers and stated This is what I had to wait for? The employees just smiled, not at me but to each other. Now I was only there maybe 10 minutes, but why was I put to the back. Why were the other people doing the same thing as me able to get everything in like 90 seconds?
