Currently taking this company to the small claims court for harassment of a mentally disabled person, and for incurring over 100 in charges ringing their premium rate phone number trying to contact them. The worst company I've dealt with in a very long time.

Shame you can give these absolute chancers 1 star clueless staff when you can get through I advised they be reported to the ombudsman as often as possible for buying illegal debts that dont exist. Bottom feeders like these need to be put in their place and I invite everyone that's had the misfortune to deal with their stupidity to leave a review as iam sure they will feel the same way. A: When you dial the number they automatically try to collect payment for...well who knows,they ain't even spoke to you to find out the debt yet. B: doesn't recognize any payment reference numbers C: 3 times today I have been waiting on hold for over ten minutes,then the line say's they don't have any advisers so they will ring me back....Then the line goes dead. They don't even know who I am,who to call back or allow me to leave a number for them to call back on. Seriously unprofessional. Update: when I did actually get through to someone they were actually helpful. The problem is actually getting through to someone

Fraud Fraud Fraud I was sent a bill saying I owe over 1000.00 to BT and BT said they don't use a company called CCS COLLECT. I called CCS put me on very long hold and then said no agents to pickup the call. DO NOT TRUST OR PAY YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company, sending texts and calls with no actual details in, then you call and they dont even answer their phones.....reported to the FCA.
