I have visited the ski section to buy ski equipment. Good value across a wide range of product. Plenty of parking. Also staff was very approchable with professional idea. Highly recommwnded!
Popped in to the Croydon store today & despite COVID, I must say I was very impressed with the customer service! The very helpful security guard who was on at 2pm ish today when I walked in answered my question & found a staff member to help me. Thomas then helped put together a great spec balance bike for my daughter while I waited, so she could ride it out the store. He was not a technician but wanted to make my daughter happy. Both of these staff members should be commended as they went the extra mile & were very polite m/ professional/ helpful on what looked like a busy afternoon in store. I will be returning to buy both kids a bicycle in the New Year. Thank you for the great service today.
