Overpriced and unable to complete an order correctly. Dreadful customer service. Refused to replace a burger they had erroneously added cheese to, which couldn’t be eaten by my lactose intolerant daughter.

Five Guys is an American Burger chains with stores all over the world. For those who have not visited, you can grab some free peanuts when you go in. My favourites are the grilled cheese and the milkshakes.
The food is good but the service wasn’t so good when trying to collect. I ordered online and when I arrived it wasn’t clear where to go or what to do, as well as there being loads of delivery drivers outside no abiding to social distancing. I then had to wait 5 mins for them to find my order and then another 5 mins to make my drinks.
Love Five Guys! A little piece of what Americans do best a burger, shake and fries! Great quality and always tasty. My local and go to.
Meh. The chips here are undoubtedly really delicious. Would REALLY appreciate more veggie options besides just a pretty basic grilled cheese sandwich though. You can add vegetables to this including mushrooms but it is really not worth paying for.
