Top quality experience all round, definitely 5* from me. Desk and drawer unit very good quality, sturdy, solid and all that I expected it to be at a very good price compared to other companies supplying the same products. Ria from the sales team was outstanding throughout the whole order process. Took my order over the phone and kept me updated throughout right up until day of delivery with emails and phone calls advising me of the progress of my order. Very efficient, polite and a joy to deal with. Service and staff like this are gold dust and an asset to any business and I do wish more staff and companies operated like this. Also got a phone call first thing on delivery day advising what time they would deliver at and item arrived in the exact time slot. Overall very happy with my purchase, price, quality, customer service and all round experience and will most certainly be coming back again should I need further items. Can't ask for more at all.

Called Rebel this morning to enquire about Hand gel sanitizer stock levels as I needed some for tomorrow, although they had no stock in I found the representative Rhia, extremely polite and helpful - 10 out of10 for customer care and consideration which is hard to find in this current climate. Made an order on the 14/8/2016 (It was stated in stock and offered free express next day delivery) and as it had not arrived by the 23rd I canceled the order and purchased from another supplier and requested a refund but rather than a refund I received an invoice which excluded the order date which is very relevant with internet sales and a message saying it was out for delivery. I mailed them back and requested again a cancellation and refund but I was ignored and yes the item did also NOT arrive either. I have now filed a dispute with pay pal and will seek reimbursement by this means. Not even an apology or explanation so I certainly do not recommend this company as there are so many more professional suppliers that do have a service and also deliver on time.
