Well built and well thought out layout for a terminal. Makes the process of getting on the boat simple and smooth as well as getting off the boat and getting your luggage and through customs. Really have no complaints. The terminal was also clean and seemed well maintained.

Only five star terminal for now hopefully 2 more new terminal will provide same facility to guest from all around the world.
Departure point for Royal Caribbean cruises. Plenty of parking and drop-off area as well. Nice lobby area and quick service checking in. Elevators and escalators available. Large waiting area prior to boarding. Easy access to Cruise Ship. Enjoy your trip!
Porters are friendly and it's a quick ride from hotels
Excellent and well-organized check in process prior to the beginning of the cruise. Superb wheelchair assistance and easy luggage collection at the end of the cruise.
