I have gone on many amazing cruises in my lifetime, but this is definitely the most memorable cruise terminal I have ever been to. With 2 huge cruise ship propellers ever-circling each other it is an amazing sight to behold on departure day and dis-embarkation day.

This was a pleasant surprise. When I originally found out that my ship was leaving from Miami, I wasn’t very excited. Boy did that change. This place was very well set up. It was without a doubt the smoothest transition on and off the cruise line. If you are cruising from this new Miami port, you’ll likely have a good experience.

Hands down my favorite new terminal! Embarkation was a breeze even with several thousand people checking in. Staff was readily available to point people in the right direction. We were suite guests so we were directed to the suite lounge which was easily found and enjoyable to wait in. Debarkation was easy as well thanks to facial recognition technology. We were off the ship and in a cab within 25 minutes, tops. Beautiful terminal with excellent organization!

A This is an amazing terminal! We have used it several times for cruising and it is always smooth. The decor is fantastic and all of the associates there are always friendly and helpful. They keep things moving so there's rarely a wait. They are quick to use the announcements to guide people in the right direction. It is our favorite place to port out of. Keep up the good work!

We had so much fun on our cruise with Royal Caribbean's Symphony of The Seas. It's the largest cruise ship ever made to present day. It apparently cost in 35 billion to create. I particularly liked our balcony room overlooking the center of the boat Central Park with natural foliage and atrium like environment. The shows including the musical Flight were amazing on the ship. I also really enjoyed Wonderland the gastro science restaurant with a whimsical approach from Alice in Wonderland. I took my husband for our fifth year wedding anniversary on this remarkable ship.
