Lovely place to visit and enjoy your vacation being on a cruise ship

Cruise port is very well laid out. Plenty of available parking. Staff is extremely helpful.
Easy to get to from the Miami Airport (27 flat rate). It's not hard to see where your ship is docked, but it does help to tell the taxi driver the name of the ship. Transfer into the ship is quite painless, and even fun.
This may have been the starting place on our 7 or 8 day cruise to the East Caribbean. The first night was \at sea\ motoring to Key West, Florida. When I woke and looked out I was in paradise! Picture perfect. Not less than Gorgeous. I was so enthralled that I foŕgot to take pictures. I'll try to shorten this cruise. We went to several other really really nice vacation spots. The food was Stupendous and would feed us from morning to late a huge variety of great meals and buffet. My only (silly) complaint was how we paid for everything on ship. They wouldn't take cash or credit cards, but had us sign for everything and then a day or two later go to customer service and pay the total with a credit card. I guess there was a method to their madness, but I couldn't figure it out. Anyway, I would highly recommend Royal Caribbean cruise, especially the huge ship Empress of the Sea. We had a great time and made many friends.
Well maintained and been here many times. Good memories
