Besides my ONE good psychiatrist I've been \let go\ as a patient 1 month before Christmas because the therapist took on too much. One single message over Skype. Also my medication is almost NEVER ready and I have to hunt down people who will just properly do their job. Nothing makes me more upset than when I'm expected at my B.S. jobs that \don't matter\ to be better than people who have human lives at stake. Printing T-Shirts is not more important than human quality of life.

I was referred to the Cruz Clinic by my primary care doctor's office to visit Andrea Karagosian, at the Cruz Clinic. I made an appointment with the main office to visit in person on August 20th at 1:30pm. The day before my visit I received a call that the appointment would be on a zoom call and that Andrea Karagosian would call me promptly at 1:20pm to begin our call. At 1:45pm, I had not received a call from Andrea and I than called the Cruz Clinic in Livonia to let them know that Andrea forgot our appointment. The lady at the Livonia office said, \Andrea had taken a vacation day and they forgot to reschedule with me.\ I was upset with the unprofessionalism of this and said ok, just let her know we had an appointment and she forgot me. About 10 minutes later Andrea called me and it was now almost 2:00pm. She apologized and told me she had taken the day off and spent the next 20 minutes talking about herself. At that point I said, this is very unprofessional and I would like another therapist who was prompt, more mature and to please reschedule by appointment. She again apologized and said she would let the main office know my concerns. I waited two weeks and NO ONE ever called me back. I than received a bill in the mail for 70.92. I called the billing department and told them what happened. They said they would contact Andrea and let her know my concerns. NO ONE ever called me back. I received the bill again the following month. I called the billing department again and this time I was very upset. They apologized and said they would contact the main office and take care of this and someone would call me back. NO ONE called me back. Today again, I have received the same bill. I refuse to pay this bill as there were NO SERVICES RENDERED AND THE COUNSELOR MISSED OUR APPOINTMENT BECAUSE SHE TOOK A VACATION DAY. PLEASE STOP SENDING THIS INACCURATE BILL!!!

Three therapist and no help what-so-ever. We just seem to chit chat with no direction or guidance. I could do that with someone in a coffee shop. But I can tell you about their lives, one went through the details of her divorces, the other asked for my advice on selling his hose and personal belongings and the third and most recent one was Janis, I left her a voice mail and told her about an issue I was having and that I would like to set up an appointment asap. It took her four day to call me back. When I asked why, her response was that she didn't know how to use the voice mail system. So she is letting \mental health\ patients hanging there out to dry. I guess I'm done with therapists. Just thought you would like to know. BTW- I do have a shrink there, which is why I went with 2 stars.

Paul Neomonatakis prescribed high doses of meds that eventually caused me to develop a permanent condition. He continuously ignored me when I told him for months about my symptoms. He insisted that my Tardive dyskenesia symptoms were \anxiety tics\ and went as far as saying it was in my head. TD isn't fun to live with, it's quite dreadful. This man did such a horrible thing by not only prescribing meds to me that I found out I DID NOT EVER NEED, but basically brushed off my every concern regarding what the meds had done to me. Shame on you Paul, I hope your future clients get better care. After finally going to a REAL doctor, I was evaluated by a specialist, diagnosed with TD and now living the rest of my life with this awful condition. Think twice before seeing him, he's snarky, arrogant and bashes his patients to others. He has not a care in the world about you. He doesn't return calls even if they're an emergency. I'm just so grateful that I got out of there when I did.
